Per unit. Everything from the first site visit to final approval — the inspection, as-built plans, engineer review, the city's ADU permit and plan check fees, and the submittal. Paid in thirds, with your $100 report credited against the first payment.

Not included
- Corrective construction, and the permits that go with it. We can't price what the city hasn't asked for yet. We estimate the range in your report and quote it once the scope is known — and you're free to hire anyone you like.
- Coastal zone. May incur an additional fee due to coastal development permits.
